The building was originally built as a shoe factory in in 1898. The initial 3 story building was expanded with a 4th floor in the early 1900s and a full-height addition in the 1920’s. It had many different owners over the years and was purchased and renovated by the current owners in 2016. Since then it has been completely renovated to its original grandeur with modern, sustainable upgrades.
